Rejuvenate 2025

This interactive session will engage learners with creative activities empowering them to support students and feel confident in their own ability to cope and regulate the daily challenges we face as educators. You will learn strategies to prevent burnout and model social emotional learning for students. The goal of this session is to build emotional IQ through self-reflection and participation.
