Helpful, Not Heavy: Rethinking How We Show Up for Schools
Thursday July 31, 2025 8:15am - 9:30am EDT
Coaches and coordinators are stretched thin—and so are the teachers we support. This session is for SEL-minded renegades ready to break the mold of traditional coaching. We’ll explore low-lift, high-impact strategies like using AI to streamline planning and the “Adopt-a-Class” model for meaningful connection. Designed for those supporting multiple schools (teachers welcome!), this session offers actionable ways to build trust, reduce overwhelm, and embed SEL into daily work—without becoming just another meeting on the calendar.

Self-Care, I Don't Have Time For That!
Thursday July 31, 2025 11:15am - 12:30pm EDT
In this interactive session, participants will explore barriers to self-care and strategies for incorporating it when time is limited. Self-care will be framed as a mindset linked to "who we are" and "how we think," rather than just "what we do." Participants will complete a self-care assessment and begin creating a plan for the 2025-2026 school year. By the end, they will better understand self-care as a mindset and feel rejuvenated to integrate it into their daily lives.
