Bonus Teacher Leadership Series: Leadership
In this session, participants will explore the challenges and misconceptions surrounding asking for help. They will have the opportunity to redefine what it means to have a need and seek support, both for themselves and others. By the end of the session, participants will gain practical strategies to reframe the act of asking for help as leaders.

Explore strategies to handle workplace stress and navigate conflicts effectively while maintaining strong professional relationships. This session will focus on balancing personal goals with the needs of others to foster productive compromise and collaboration. By the end of this session, participants will be able to: Identify their approach to conflict and its impact on workplace dynamics. Apply practical strategies to reduce stress and resolve conflicts effectively. Develop skills to create balanced solutions that support both individual and team goals.
