We’ll explore low-lift, high-impact strategies like using AI to streamline planning and the “Adopt-a-Class” model for meaningful connection. Designed for those supporting multiple schools (teachers welcome!), this session offers actionable ways to build trust, reduce overwhelm, and embed SEL into daily work—without becoming just another meeting on the calendar.

This session explores the concept of professional identity, emphasizing its role in shaping educators' teaching styles, relationships, and responses to challenges. Participants will identify their professional values, reflect on their leadership style, and apply strategies to build stronger relationships with students, colleagues, and leaders. The session will combine self-reflection, interactive discussions, and case studies to promote growth and engagement. By the end, attendees will develop actionable strategies to align their professional identity with impactful practices in their educational community.
