About me
Mr. Richardson, a seasoned 7th grade English Language Arts educator at C. Alton Lindsay Middle School, has dedicated over two decades to empowering students in Hampton City Schools. With a BS in Finance from Hampton University and as a Career Switcher from Old Dominion University, he is deeply committed to nurturing young minds, fostering student growth, and encouraging a lifelong love of learning. Mr. Richardson is an advocate for competency-based grading, increasing students' Social and Emotional Learning skills and teacher well-being. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Richardson enjoys reading, organizing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
