Calvin G. Cooper II is a dedicated professional with a background in social work, education, and counseling. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Norfolk State University in 2006 and a Master of Social Work in 2019. Currently, Calvin serves as a School Social Worker and Critical Incident Response Team Coordinator for Hampton City Schools, where he provides behavior health counseling, crisis intervention, and support to students and families. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Norfolk State University, teaching courses in social work. Previously, Calvin gained valuable experience as a Behavioral Counselor, Therapeutic Mentor, Outpatient Therapist, Mental Health Technician and various other positions, specializing in behavioral and emotional support. With extensive experience in community service and education, Calvin continues to make a lasting impact through his work in social services and academia.
